How much does it cost to place a home rental ad?
We really want the cost to be low, so we only charge $5 to add a home for a period of one (1) month. You can choose the “For Rent Featured Ad” instead. This option includes the rental property ad but makes it a featured ad so it shows up higher in the search results. Featured gives you a total of 1 (one) ad that is also a featured ad. ***Limited Time Only*** Rent by Owner Ad is $0.
How many pictures can I upload for my rental ad?
You can upload 10 for the free option. You can upload 45 if you choose the Featured Ad.
What happens after 30 days to my ad?
The ad fee is an ongoing monthly fee. The same applies for the Featured Ad. If you no longer need the ad, simply cancel it prior to the end of the billing period.
