Q&A for vacation home or short-term rentals
We strive to keep all of our listing plans affordable for everyone. Currently, we only have the 2 options above for vacation homes/short-term rentals.
Do you take a percentage of my bookings or handle payments for me?
No, we don’t handle any of the payments between you and your renter. We also don’t collect any monies from you for anything other than listing fees (and any addons, if purchased).
How many pictures can I upload for my vacation rental listing?
You can upload 25 for each of your 2 listings in the 3 month plan. You can upload 50 each if you choose the 6 month plan. On the 6 month plan, you can post up to 5 Featured Listings..(If you need more than 5 listings, please contact us)
What happens after my listing term expires?
The listing fee is an ongoing listing fee. Your listing will renew unless cancelled. If you no longer need the listing, simply cancel it prior to the end of the billing period. No questions, no pressure.
Are there specific Terms that I should be aware of?
